Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were comfortable and very clean, offering a good range of breakfast options. The staff was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The location was perfect for those wanting to explore the university and the old city of Pamplona, with plenty of nearby dining options. The dining experience was good, and we found convenient parking nearby. However, the hotel is in an unremarkable area where nearby bars can get noisy, and the availability of dining may vary. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall value for money was excellent.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean, but a bit chilly even with the heater on. The staff was very helpful, especially for non-Spanish speakers like me. However, I was not very pleased with the level of cleanliness in some areas.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, although a bit small for 3 beds, were comfortable and very clean. The breakfast offered a good range of choices. However, it was too hot without the option to have air conditioning.
My stay at the hotel was very comfortable and made for an easy departure the morning we had to head back to Madrid. The rooms were almost like a smoking room that was cleaned, providing a cozy environment. The service was helpful, especially with public transit information, despite some level of cleaning issues. The location was good, near the University Clinic and with a bus stop right outside, though not very close to the center of Pamplona. The dining could be better in terms of variety, but there are affordable alternatives nearby. Overall, a convenient stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers a nice and quiet stay, ideal for experiencing the festival atmosphere. The rooms are full of helpful information related to the festival, but the check-in process could be clearer.
